I need to stay away from carbs after my breakfast. I wonder if I need to remove my 2 slices of bread in the Morning! I woke up at 7... Had breakfast @9... Dinner 12:30... I need energy to keep up at work
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
