I have been back at this serious diet kick December 10th. I have had 3 cheat days, all of which I had planned in advance. Today my furnace died. I can't get a tech out here until 6pm, and I am so stressed, all that I want to do is eat. I ate breakfast just a few minutes ago, only so late because I was so afraid that if I started eating I wouldn't stop. I am afraid to go to the grocery store, even though I am out of everything, because I have to make sure I have enough money to pay the repairman. I am so terrified that he is going to tell me it's done and that I will need a new one, because there is no money for that. I just want to drown myself in a bag of pretzels. Damn, I hate this.

Take that stress and Walk it out!!!! Think about the situation while moving and you'll walk faster, get a little mad about it even! You can put it to good use! And it'll keep your appetite under wraps! Life throws you shit sometimes. So drop the T, grab some more letters and get a little Sunshine out of it! :) You Can do it! You will get through it! And be stronger for it in the end!! You got this!!!

And just go to the store for the necessities. Just what you need for the next day or two til you find out what the repair man says!

NO NO! Try Buying some Blue Berries/ Strawberries, Rasberries... berries are low cal . And they take the edge off. Pace your self. And nibble on them. They are kind off like a treat, and have good benefits for fighting Cancer. Try to stay away from those useless carbs. (THEY ARE THE ENEMY). Be strong ;)
