Hanging in, working out hard ... and eating has been perfect, no cheats... friday I will weigh in... praying to hit 238lbs..

1869 kcal Fat: 130.52g | Prot: 120.31g | Carb: 58.90g.   Breakfast: pepperoni, butter, cheddar chesse, eggs, Bacon. Lunch: atkins carmel nut bar, kraft cheddar cheese meduim, ceasar dressing, feta cheese, olive oil, ceasar dressing, chicken. Dinner: sugar free jello, taco seasoning, extra lean ground beef, almonds, paul newmans salsa, sour cream. Snacks/Other: fresh express, snow peas, green onions, cucumber, cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, onion. more...
