Was on vacation from Dec 21 to Jan 1. By vacation I mean, stayed home and relaxed for the most part. Saw friends and family. I didn't journal, but tried to be reasonable about my eating. I stuck with my supplements, didn't do green smoothies, didn't keep up with water. Now I'm back on top of things, headed to the grocery store to stock the fridge at work. Still not getting on the scale yet though, since I'm sure I'm retaining water. Maybe in a few days.

Nice - not sure what I'd do with all that time off. I like to think I got my exercise in with the shopping I did after hours :-)

A good chunk of it was holiday craziness - wrapping, decorating, cleaning. After Christmas I had a little time to myself to just read and snuggle with the dogs under a blanket.
Stocked the work fridge on my lunch break with a couple Lean Cuisines, soups, Greek yogurt, and apples. I'll have to wait til tomorrow to stock the home fridge because it's snowing pretty hard here in Maryland! Think I'll look into my new cookbook (Nourishing Traditions) and pick out a recipe or two for the grocery list.
