Tulipgirl6's Journal, 29 December 2013

I've also had a bad cough and wheezing . ... I didn't go on the official scale this week, but my weight was about the same . . . Happy New Year to all!

May want to check out naturalnews.com - Most food allergies are caused by the pesticides that the foods are sprayed with. Also processed food have so many chemicals that our body doesn't know how to process them so we hae allergic reactions to them. If you want to research it naturalnews.com is an excellent health site. Good Luck and Happy New Year!

Thanks so much! Funny, whenever I go to my MIL's house I am sick afterwards . .. . awake till 5 am . . . she finally admitted to using msg and cornstarch and food additives . . . .. . The sad thing is even with fresh fruits and veggies, your food is not necessarily good for you .. . . Thanks for the website; I'm going to look into it. I actually did a food sensitivities panel and it tested a few of the most common chemicals added to foods also . . . . I'm going to try to go un-processed as much as I can! I just need to find some recipes that work for me!

I think if you were to try a raw organic diet for 40 days you would find that you don't have any allergies... Also I would recommend drinking half your body weight in water. 150 pounds drink 75 ounces a day of pure water NOT tap - distilled is 88 cents a gallon at Wal-mart. That will help to flush out the toxins that are currently in your system. Raw Organic will prove to you that it was your food and then you can add things back. The idea of being allergic to Turmeric is not something I can even wrap my mind around. Also try Vitacost.com they have Organic Turmeric and a plethora of other excellent food stuff. If you do try Vitacost let me know we can both get a $10 discount if I refer you... Not trying to sell you but it is the best site for health I have found. Don't forget to use Organic soaps, shampoos, toothpaste and anything else that touches or absorbs into your skin. It's not cheap being healthy but it beats having to pay a Doctor or hospital bills!

btw - it's a food sensitivity not an allergy; but it causes an allergy like reaction on my hands for example . . . . and the idea is to add them back to your diet like you're saying, one at a time; i might have been having too much of those things . . ..

Trust me the Doc that is telling you this has never had a nutrition class. Once you start looking at the root of the issue you will discover so many things. Ask yourself this - What is causing the sensitivity? You are most likely going to find that it is something you are eating that is tainted with pesticides or are processed foods. These break down your immune system and this causes the sensitivities. I implore you to investigate you can heal yourself... It may not be easy but it can be done with dedication and steadfast persistence. I can share my personal past issues that may inspire you and I can say this since I have truly begun my new way of eating I no longer suffer from any of the diseases or ailments I once suffered from. And I can say that the list was extensive. That is why I am so passionate on the topic of health. You can check out my Pintrest site for more info. http://www.pinterest.com/2organichealth/ I wish you all the best and if you need any help, advise or support I am here for you. God Bless! Mardee

I agree organic is better than most any other way. However for those that cannot afford to go completely organic, you can create meals using unprocessed foods and by doing away with bread, rice, pasta... There are a lot of wonderful recipes on Linda Sue's site. Just google Linda Sue. I also have a few if you have a specific recipe you are wanting.

Mardee, while I agree with you in regards to the root causes of problems, the idea of the food intolerances is based on a blood test; I don't have pinterest but I might sign up and would love to read about your journey
