Uggh, school and people are stressing me out. But I've been finding other ways to deal. I did some deep breathing and then I went for a drive and listened to music and looked at the mountains. I hate that I have all this school work but I knew what I was getting into. Either way I'm feeling surprisingly optimistic this week. I'm still enjoying my workouts and agreed to go from 2 to 3 a week. I think this will help me have a quicker recovery time and bump up my conditioning.
