End of Day 4 for me.
Diet definitely on track. Scale coming down very nicely. I'm one of those sad people who has to stand on the scales every day. I don't seem to fluctuate up and down much so it doesn't affect my morale.
Exercise hasn't been too easy since I hurt my knee but I've almost made it to the 120 mins. Swimming was out today and yesterday as the weather has not been good. Ice and snow and temperatures as low as minus 10.
