I'm disappointed with the gain though I know that two days off track influenced my week. I think I usually come to this point where I begin to feel good and so I go off the wagon and feel a little cheat here and there ok. But even beyond these two days of being off I was not diligent in cooking so that too I believe impacted me.

This week I need to revisit the purpose of the goal that is overall health.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
