Hello to you too. Can't believe so many of my buddies are on here mid day. I just took a chance as work is quiet. Afraid I'm missing something! 

Today was a day of carbs SCREAMING at me... high stress and major generosity of vendors and customers bringing by goodies, candies, chocolates and such. Really wanted to give in. But didnt.. I hate the way it makes me feel left out... when I know very well I am choosing for success. Meh. (rant over) 

Sooo proud of you. That had to be hard. But look at your self. Looking good because you have been good. Have a great evening. Bren 

Step one to intervention FD... 1. Pick up bowl of goodies. 2. Take a nice loooong sniff of the yummy badness. 3. Put bowl of goodies down. 4. Slowly back away from the yummy badness. :oD 

Oh, Junebug... you know my technique well. :)only occassionally you add step 5.. put yummies on the ground and step on them. (use this only in dire situations) 

Haha...or 6. Give them to random people who look a little down. I handed the guy who pumped my gas a bag full of homemade caramels last night and he walked away happy despite frigid temps.
