Didn't record my food over the break, and I don't feel badly about it. It was a conscious decision. I was mindful in my eating, especially on Thanksgiving, but there were so many homemade dishes for which I didn't know the nutritional facts. Most of them, I only ate a spoonful or two to try them. I loaded up on turkey (tiny bit of gravy) and green beans (not green bean casserole).

The scale isn't too happy with me, but I think that's a combination of not enough water + more sodium than usual + PMS. I'll give it a week before I record a weigh-in.
