I just can't seem to get back on track. I feel guilty that I've just put all the chocolate and cookies etc that we've had given to us over Christmas in the rubbish bin. I don't have anyone that I can give them to and I just can't do this with them in the house.

On the good side, I've been for my diabetic check today and my blood results were superb. Feet are OK, eyes are OK and BP OK. Cholesterol 3.5 and blood glucose 5.3 Can't remember the triglicerides etc but Dr. was really pleased with the results and with my weight loss so far. Medication cut in half and a further check in 6 months when I may be able to stop them altogether providing I carry on as I have been doing.

Alll I have to do now is pull my socks up, put my nose to the grindstone, give myself a good talking to and get back on the wagon.

You've made the first step towards getting back on track. There are a lot of US who have struggled lately. I just started back on phase one today. I finally feel like I am back in control although it isn't easy in the least. So glad your blood tests were so good. That's even more reason to get back on track. We can do it!

Great news about the medication and good work throwing all that stuff away (it probably wouldn't do anyone much good). I wouldn't worry about not being able to get back on track as I don't see any indication that you ever left it. :-)
