Today I started with the fat secret membership.. I hope I will be able to lose about 50 lbs. and sleep through the night as at my current weight I am having difficulty doing so.. My freind Jess and I are on this journey together...and hope to get healthy and at the end of our weight loss journey are planning to go skiing... sounds like fun I hope we succeede...

Stick with it and you will. You could try forever and never dunk a basketball or run a 4.4 40. But if you stick with it you WILL lose weight.
