I've started to slip back into my old lazy behavior. During the miscarriage time I was in a lot of pain, and I was soo tired so I gave myself a few days off. Which turned into a week off. The next week I tried to exercise and it only happened once.. then I tried again this week and made excuses so many times that I only exercised once again. I had to have a little talk with myself. ( lol ). I'm not anymore "tired" now, than I was when I first started this journey, I just had a different mind-set. At the beginning it was new and exciting and encouraging, and now im giving myself too much credit. Im telling myself it's okay to take a day off Ive already lost 35 lbs. Then I told myself it was okay to take another day off, and another. But I'm done with that. If I just started my weight loss journey today, I would want/need to lose this weight just as much as I did 35lbs ago. So with a newly refreshed state of mind, im back full force at it. and I'm going to try to lose this next 5 pounds before my 2nd goal is up on January 1st.

Katie, I'm sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I know from personal experience how devastating something like that can be. I'm glad that you have the mindset of getting back into the swing of your diet, but take care of the rest...mind and spirit. Hope this week goes well for you.
