I have been out of my walking routine for months now since I injured my knee but finally I got me a great super duty knee brace and it is helping immensely so I have put on my calendar to start back walking Tuesday Wednsday and Thursday for an aim of thirty minutes if possible but if my knee starts to hurt backing down to just my twenty minute walk. So I have marked my calendar for walking those three days.
271.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
