I wish I had recorded my weight loss when it happened cause I had lost down to 193 now I'm back up to 196. I need help ya'll!!!I find it hard to stay on any diet! I have no moral support @ home. Everyone is ok with my weight but me! And as long as I'm taking care of my sis-n-law and cooking for her and what she wants I'm supposed to be ok! Sorry folks I had to vent a little!

You can message me anytime. I'd love a buddy. I definitely know about not having support. My husband is the sarcastic smarta** type and love to come home with foods he knows I can not eat and tell me to take a bite, just one bite, it won't hurt you. Haha..Luckily I am a very stubborn person and that just makes me all the more determined to succeed. I noticed in your other post you said you were going to buy some Atkins products - DON'T. They stall out more people than they help. If you can cook, that is your best option. Even if you need to cook a few days ahead of time and freeze for reheat. That's what I do for breakfasts. I make two quiches on the weekend and then cut them into individual servings and freeze them - last about two week. Just take one out in them morning and 2min micro wahlah fast, hot breakfast. Why are you cooking for you sil? I take care of my bil as he lives with us. Long story there. I cook for our family of five every day as well. I do not work and am a sahm, so the cooking and planning come a little easier to me. But anyone can use Excel and make out a weekly meal plan, or do it based on how often you grocery shop. My first suggestion to you is to start holding yourself accountable for logging EVERYTHING you eat/drink. Come on here every day and log in. That way you and any of us when needed will have a more accurate picture of what is going on.

If you are doing the cooking, then you are in control of the food. It's great to have support, but the reality is we have to do this for ourselves and we choose what we put in our bodies. Most meals consist of meat and veggies. So add a potato or or a side for the non-atkins people. If they like a lot of pasta, make yourself something else. It's not easy, but you can do it. Plan out meals and make yours lower carb. This is about your health.
