Well, an EVENTFUL November it has definitely been. With my father-in laws accident, and needing surgery, and thanksgiving, then the pregnancy, then the no-more pregnancy... Its been a tiring couple of weeks, and I admit I have fallen off my diet a few times. I didn't count calories on Thanksgiving purposefully, but I haven't been counting my calories for the past couple weeks either. I haven't been making HORRIBLE choices, but I know I went over my calorie limit quite a few times. I will weigh in tomorrow, so we will see if I did any damage to myself.. lol. BUT! Thanksgiving is over, the left overs are gone, and I'm back in FULL swing today!
