Just started eating differently two days ago and already down one pound! Not counting calories - just whole foods only, no grains, no nuts/seeds, no sweets, no dairy.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
