Feeling really good. The scale keeps moving, despite it being the end of my period. I've been eating more vegetables lately, but also getting more protein and healthy fats. It is making a huge difference. I'm much less hungry, so I'm snacking less. I'm also not really craving sugar. I've started a new thing with having a green smoothie in the morning instead of oatmeal, and I prefer this - for overall nutritional value and satiety.
