I realize that when I start giving more attention to my physical health, I start to learn more about my limitations. As a result, I can create better boundaries to take better care of it. Increasing my mileage has helped me challenge myself but also listen to my body when it said, “alright don’t push yourself too hard if you want to work out again tomorrow.” Someone once said that consistency is better than intensity. I have always been intense on all that I do. Then I get tired or burn pout. Now I just aim for consistency...
