Managing to stick with it despite working overtime at work. Mostly I have to stay ahead with my food preparation. I'm feeling pretty good and seeing the scale move, so my motivation is definitely up!
I've been dealing with a sinus infection for the past two weeks. Antibiotics didn't do much for it, so today I'm getting a short run of prednisone and a new nasal spray. Here's hoping those help me relieve the sinus pressure in my head.
Looking to expand my recipe repertoire to add more nutritionally dense foods. I've gotten a bit carried away with the gluten-free deliciousness that I've found; need to remember that even though these products are gluten free, they are still mostly empty calories.
