My Father-in law fell off some scaffolding yesterday evening at our church and crushed his knee cap. He broke it in 3 pieces :O. He's in the hospital now, and has to have surgery on it this weekend, so keep him in your thoughts and prayers if you will.
I did okay at work today as far as eating.. until I got off and we went to the Hospital to see Adam's Dad. We ended up staying super late, and without an excuse we decided to eat on the way home instead of just coming home and cooking something. I could of chosen a healthier option at the drive - thru, but I let stress get to me and gave in. I ate a cheeseburger and tator tots, and when I was done with it, I felt disgusting. It was SO salty, and I felt WAY to full. I guzzled down a bottle of water, and when I got home I hurried and changed and did my Cardio Max DVD for 40 minutes. I feel SO much better now. Now I'm entering my food in my log, and OMG 890 calories in a cheeseburger?? It wasn't even that good. :/ bleh, lesson learned.
Oh, by the way, I know it sounds weird that I just ate dinner a few hours ago, but I work nights. My days start around 8:25pm ;)
