So, yesterday I looked up "how to shrink the omentum." I seem to be losing weight everywhere but there. The answer on all the sites was the same . . . lose weight, lose the omentum. The second answer was reduce stress, which causes cortisol deposits in the omentum, thus fat deposits. The weight loss doesn't seem to be doing the trick, although my omentum seems to be softer and more pliable now, and I think I'm doing a fairly good job of holding down the stress levels. Damn! I guess I just have to keep on keeping on.

I had to look up what the omentum was and I was a biology major, LOL. Anyway, I think most people just have that one area that will always be the last in which they lose the weight. For me, I think it will be my upper arms (if they ever get smaller). Yep, keep on keeping on!

I know men lose it so easy, not us women it takes a lot of work. I can see changes everywhere but there. I guess we all just have to keep going.

Jo, you are doing great! And your omentum will be going by the wayside soon. Yep, keep on keepin' on! And keep the stress down. Cortisol is a real buggar!
