So, I was looking at my walk tracker, which has kept up with all my Walk Away the Pounds miles since we started exercising again. In 36 days, I walked 43 miles.
I think I've been a little too hard on myself...I did 2 miles last night, but Mon and Tuesday I'd skipped walking completely, and was thinking I wasn't doing enough in general.

That's doing great notjune! That averages out to a little under a mile and a quarter a day!! Keep up the good work!!

Thanks, puma! I generally walk 4-5 days a week, and take a couple off...so seeing this was a nice reminder I AM working hard. Some days I walk 1, some days 2 and once a week, I do 3 (which makes me not want to walk the next day! LOL)I am trying to bump that up. My plan is to get to the point where I walk 2miles, 2 days a week....3 miles 2 days a week and 1 mile 2 days a week, with one day off.

and one day of dancing or some "other" type of aerobic exercise. Sorry..just realized I didnt quite finish my other thought lol

At least you're moving. Every step we take during the day rather than sitting on the couch is a plus. :) I need to get my butt moving more. Let's both do it !

Yea, that's kinda what i thought too...at least no matter what I am moving, and not just from the couch to the fridge lol.
