Any tips for getting out of this staying the same rut I find myself in? It's frustrating to KNOW I'm not cheating and exercising more than ever and STILL staying the same!!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you eating enough? It sounds crazy (to eat more), but eating 5-6 small meals a day really helps keep that metabolism going strong. Do you log all your food? I find this is the one thing that truly helped me. I found that if I wasn't eating enough and exercising moderately, then my body held onto whatever I ate, so I wouldn't lose. The closer you get to your ideal weight the harder it is too, in my opinion. I haven't been working too hard on losing my last 10-15 cause I know it's going to be hard, pretty happy where I am though.

Yes, the closer to goal, the slower and more difficult it can be to get off. Make sure your tracking all your food honestly (sometimes we slack and we think we aren't). A food scale and measuring cups can be your best friend (you wouldn't believe how much a serving actually looks like when measured correctly). Stay hydrated! Watch your sodium intake! Get plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods. kick up your activity level/exercise plan. Keep going even if you don't see the scale move, you can lose fat and go down in sizes.
