Hope everyone's doing well out there! I've been very busy, and been horrible with updating my diet calendar and journal...I've been jotting most days on paper...The scales not moving down again despite my best efforts...Saturday night I went to a concert and made a choice or two that wasn't on my diet plan, but I've gotten right back on track...I'm looking for a big loss on the scale this week...Every muscle hurts...lol...
