What happened today? I have no idea...I caved and got McDonalds! Honestly, it doesn't taste that good, but I got it anyway.
This whole week has been wonky...I just need to hunker down and get back into my routine. If I don't, I'm going to slowly slip back into my bad habits and go down that same road.
I'm somewhat disappointed in myself :(

I have had exactly the same kind of week. I can feel myself slipping out my routine, and I am going away for three nights at the end of the week!! My plan is to just try to stay under my RDI this week, and next week start back at the gym. Maybe you should start fresh next week too?
