a very bad day last night. on the first 30 mins of my workout....snap! my knee twisted and got dislocated but luckily it came back on. but it hurts like hell! i was so scared its just more than a snap. by God's grace, i woke up this morning (i didn't sleep much because of my knee hurts when it's in a wrong position) and my knee isn't bruised or inflamed. I guess i have to rest it to heal it.

how can I workout now!!!! no matter what I have to move...and this knee wont hinder me.
