Good day, cooked a healthy dinner and enjoyed the whole process. My new laptop came today and that will be fun to set up later. I need to cut more fat calories/carbs from my diet. Looking forward to a new weigh in once my new scale is delivered hope this is delivered tomorrow or Friday. My nephew stopped by today and I told him about Fatsecret and I really hope he checks out the easy use of this site as he too has some weight to lose.

I also cooked supper from scratch tonight. At my daughters request I made meatloaf, baked potato and baked zuchinni. Love that the temps are low enough to use the oven to cook.
Then went out and picked half of a plastic grocery bag of fresh cucumbers from my garden. I plan on trying to put up some dill pickles. Don't know if I will do it tonight or not. I haven't canned much food in 3 years...
