We had our first frost of the year yesterday, Woke up to beautiful white fields but it didn't last long once the sun came out. I feel that I've now got into the habbit of eating healthy now and I'm not tempted too much. When I read other people's journals I feel I ought to be 'doing something more' as my weight loss has slowed down such a lot but I don't quite know what. I've been trying to lower my carbs but don't seem to be very successful and then I think 'well I am still losing so why bother'. As I'm now in my 60s and have been overweight since I was about 16, somewhere at the bottom of my subconscous I think changing my diet habbits should be too hard and I will give up and that I don't deserve to be slim and healthy. Well. I'm kicking my thoughts into touch - I DO deserve it and I CAN DO IT.
