I have received some good news this morning. Seems like I don't need to get the scale repairman out here to fix my scale. I was convinced that the scale was unable to move in the downwards position, only up. What a relief :) Yaaay! 2 Lbs! Only 33 more to go! Woo Hoo! Feeling energetic today...

H, thanks for the comment and the friend add! I'm still kinda getting the hang of this site, but I'm really enjoying this process (even though it's only been a couple of days). Oh, Tim Tams are an Australian and New Zealand biscuit (cookie) filled and covered with cocolate and caramel. My boyfriend is Kiwi so he loves the things (the nostalgia of childhood treats I suppose). I'm South African, where we didn't have such things. We live in South Korea now where there is SO much to eat it's insane, never experienced anything like it...it's a really test of discipline! You mentioned that you go to the gym, what kind of training do you do? I'm dying to find a Gym here, something with spinning classes nad pilates would be fantastic.

Me too...I'm still learning how to navigate this site as well...Yes! I love spinning! I take spinning every Saturday, along with a power lift class...I work every major muscle group with a weighted bar. I also try to fit a brisk walk in a couple times a week on the treadmill and I lift weights with my fiance about 2 times per week...It changes frequently, as my life is really busy...Hope you find a gym you really like...It definitely makes you feel like you have to get up off the couch after you put out the money to join :) Hope you stay in touch...Keep me updated...Thanks for writing me Sam!
