Hi friends!

After the New Year Holidays a great friend of mine from many years back sent me the latest Tony Robbins "Get the Edge" program. Everyone that really knows me, knows that I'm a huge Tony Robbins fan. When I mention his name, I often hear "Who's that?, "Never heard of him", or "Isn't that the guy that was in Shallow Hal?" I'm still blown away by the people that have no clue about him or reject or judge him without attending his seminars or hearing his programs. I've been to several of his three day seminars and I own everything that he's ever written or recorded. I've shared my books and recorded tapes many times for friends that were interested like myself. I even brought a good friend and her husband to see him live and we did a three day seminar together at the Meadowlands. In case you may be wondering....Yes, I did the "Firewalk" (twice), and No, I didn't get burned. :)
Anyway, I have been listening to the latest "Get the Edge" program on my long drive to work everyday. I'm always fascinated by what I learn from this man, and I wanted to share this with everyone, since it directly affects EVERYONE. The program was titled "Pure Energy" and it was only one CD in his health program. (No, I'm not a doctor, and neither is Tony Robbins, however, he did consult Dr Alex Guerrera....(Please Google this doctor, you will find him amazing.) This is all based on science, and I believe it wholeheartedly.) If you truly want to have energy, vitality and be healthy beyond your wildest dreams...Remember, (and take action now) on the following acronym.

Everybody NEEDS a good WOMAN.

W=Water (You need half your weight in water everyday. If you weigh 200 lbs, you need to cleanse your body with 100 ounces daily!)

O=Oxygen (Yes, we all breathe everyday, but are you doing it properly? Do you even know how? For your health, you need to find out!)

M= Minerals (Do your research...Make sure you are getting your body plenty of necessary minerals.)

A= Alkalize (What did you eat today? Was it a Burger? Fries? Candy? Soda? Coffee? Did you eat any LIVE whole natural foods? If you are eating food that is dead, and devoid of any nutrition, how alive and energetic are you going to feel?) It is a known fact that people are cured everyday of diseases that some doctors claim to be terminal, and they cure themselves through food, and alkalizing their bodies. Please research this people! Everyone knows that their temperature should be 98.6, but did you know that to be alkaline the number to remember is 7.36? Please do not leave the most important thing that you possess to a medical doctor. They simply weren't taught this stuff in medical school. In fact, most of us will never learn this. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

N=Nutrition (If you are genetically predisposed to a certain disease, it is up to YOU to make sure that you are getting the proper nutrients to protect yourself!)



Please remember, YOU have the power. You don't have to be sick, or tired, or unhappy. If you have a disease, look at what you are putting into your body. We are too acidic! Please do the research and change what you are doing. If you follow the formula above, EVERY SINGLE DAY, you are on the right track. In addition to the list above, get MOVING! If all you ever do is lie on the couch, you're not going to have much energy. Period. One more thing, you are what you think of all day long. Think HEALTHY and HAPPY. It is a choice, and YOU are responsible for you!
