I did my walk today, however, I changed it up a little bit. I decided to not go as far as I usually do, but to actually cut over (they said that there was some sort of trail that ran through the golf course by my work, but I couldn't find it). I decided to go back the way I started and went down to the next building and climbed the stairs back. Stairs and me don't really mix well. I won't take the stairs if I don't have to...and I get winded easily. I walked up all 4 flights of stairs to the top and was not winded until I got to the very top. I was incredibly proud of myself. When I was walking around today too, I wasn't as winded. I think this is a good start!
I talked to a girl I work with and I think we're going to either do a drop-in at the water aerobics class at the rec center or participate in some of the aerobic programs they have. I think doing that as well as my walks at lunch will be good.
