On Saturday I ate a durüm, quarter of a pizza spinach, and potatoes with applesauce and lots of meat. On Sunday I ate a pancake with ice cream and chocolate sauce, and yoghurt with oats and jam, and grilled sausage with veggies. Today I ate for breakfast: yoghurt with oats and jam. Now I'm off to work, and burn some kcals!
