On Saturday I ate a durüm, quarter of a pizza spinach, and potatoes with applesauce and lots of meat.
On Sunday I ate a pancake with ice cream and chocolate sauce, and yoghurt with oats and jam, and grilled sausage with veggies.
Today I ate for breakfast: yoghurt with oats and jam.
Now I'm off to work, and burn some kcals!
141.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
