I just have to write this down so that I can see in black and white what an idiot I've been. Been away for the weekend and my eating has been bad, bad, bad. Cream cakes, chocolate, pies and fish and chips. Did it make me feel good? Not on your life it didn't. Gave me indigestion and I felt nauseous and bloated. To cap it all I treated myself to a new skirt and sweater, both 3 sizes smaller. At the rate I'm going on they won't fit! Haven't dared to stand on the scales yet. Tomorrow is another day and I have to put this behind me and get back to healthy eating.....

Good for you for facing up, being honest, and admitting how this made you feel. A similar situation happened to me last week, I did not follow the plan for about 5 days. We are in the same boat. You can do it! We can do it together! We'll both feel better once we have it back under control.

I spent a month like that and I have made it back. Hang in there and you will have it whipped back into shape in no time. 3 SIZES SMALLER!!! WOW
