I started the Zuzuka Light DVD series today.

Workout #1 - 10:33 minutes.

The cool down was good. The warm up felt like a workout itself. But it was good as well. Towards the end I was not jumping through the movements.

As for the keto diet. I have not been keeping up with it at all. I think I am going to diet the way Zuzuka advises. It's not a strict diet, but feels more like following a friend's advice.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
