Today I started at Planet Fitness. 25 minutes on the inclined treadmill, 10 minutes on the stairs, and 10 minutes on the arm bike :) Hoping I'm not sore tomorrow. I plan on going again tomorrow and maybe 4 days a week after that.

Thank you :) Day 2 only did 25 minutes on inclined treamill but at 5% incline and 13 minutes on the arm bike :)
