My daughter had an emergency run to the OB today. She's ready to deliver any time now. Unfortunately, she caught me just before I made my lunch and the only thing I could afford was McDs dollar menu. I ordered two hamburgers with extra pickle. They gave me two hamburgers with an extra patty on each. I was feeling dizzy at this point because I normally eat, literally, all day. I start with breakfast and spread it over two or three hours, then a snack, then lunch spread over two or three hours, then a snack, then dinner spread over two or three hours, then bed. When I'm out of the house on short notice, I can't do this, obviously. Oh well. Weigh in tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
I was able to work dinner around the burgers and eliminated my snacks. I'm hungrier than normal and my nutrition today is definitely lacking, but at least I didn't go way overboard for calories and my fiber grams aren't horribly low.
