Still holding onto that half pound of TOM weight, but to be fair... it IS still TOM! LOL. Still impressed it's only been a half pound though, especially with the added stress of what's going on with SO and with the steroids added into the mix. I'm HOPING if I was going to see a weight gain with them it would have already popped up, but who knows really?
It'll be good to see what happens when this week is over, because I know for a fact my hormones jack with my ketones in a SERIOUS way :p
