Hi Shrewdness, thanks for the nice compliment on my post and profile.
I have not stopped tracking or have I met my goal, yet. I am not tracking as much or often because I am feeling comfortable where I am with room for improvement. I found the FS program very helpful to identify foods their nutrient values and use that in my general lifestyle. Presently I could lose 30-ish pounds for about 5 or 6 years to get to my goal again. I don't think that goal is unreasonable. How ablut you?
