Its a down day today. Gained slightly despite stepping up swimming from 2 to 3 times a week and doing loads of gardening. Why oh why, when I get to a stage where I'm feeling great and can see results, do I start eating things I don't really want and definitely don't need. I can't understand why I do it. Its as though my brain thinks I don't deserve to be thin. Perhaps I'm hiding behind my weight and when I start losing it I don't have anywhere to hide.
