The key is not giving up, and allowing yourself to make mistakes but then get back on track. Every day is a new day, and another day of practice towards achieving your goals :) You don't have to completely change your diet all at once & start exercising every single day... I still only walk 2 or 3 times a week (when I thought I'd be doing it every day, lol). But do pay attention to the foods you eat, just to know what's in them & see how they effect you, and try integrating some healthier stuff into the regular foods. Gradual changes are much easier to stick with than sudden changes. I used think it was 'all or nothing', but I've found that it works better when you allow yourself to be human :)
