I haven't weighed in yet today but wanted to post my plans for the next weeks. I have not been faithful with my excercise, other than biking every morning for 15-20 minutes outdoors. Right now I am committing to returning to Curves and doing my daily Body Gospel workout. I went through each Bocy Gospetl workout and set up a weekly schedule. Hoping that 2 work outs a day will help me reach my goal sooner. The older you get the harder it is to lose. YOUNG PEOPLE - do it now!!!
