This weightloss journey has been tough for me. I had to learn to adjust my way of living. For example the other day going to work on the train and I got dizzy and passed out. I hadn't eaten breakfast, which I never do. Now I have to make myself eat in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is important to eat timely as much as it is to eat healthy.
