Sorry I've been MIA for a while! I did stop the hCG protocol and decided to do something a little more live-able so I'm back to my roots and on the South Beach Diet... I should probably change my diet on here. I'm trying to incorporate watching my calories too cuz that's not something I've really done before. To be honest, I feel like an epic failure right now. I've been struggling with my weight for about two months now because my appetite has been insatiable!!! I'm really trying to stick to it this time though cuz I need to, my clothes don't fit and I just don't feel good about myself! I really hope it works this time... I've realized I need to implement an actual diet and stick to it this time or I'm gonna continue to grow and grow. I just wanna look like I did a couple months back =(

Excellent job posting the gain and facing the music! If allowing yourself to run out of food that you like in the house is an option, you might try it as a "tactic." I find it very effective. Have a great evening.

Well I'm lucky Information, my mom decided to diet with me so that helps a lot! The only food in the house other than ours is the kid's food, but I don't eat that anyway. Thanks for the response!!
