I have done what the dietician said by incorporating 2 raw vegetalbes a day into my diet. I am currently eating raw carrots and celery with peanut butter.
I am also working on getting the 64 ozs of water a day into my diet. This I struggle with.
I have also decreased my pop intake. I should be down to one pepsi a day consistently within the next week.
Next week I will focus on the milk and water intake. I also want to get out and exercise more. Yoga is great for the mind and stretching but I want to get my cardio up to burn off more calories.
