Did great last week (Monday - Thursday)....stuck to my meal plans and exercise schedule. Felt great all week, but totally blew it on Friday and Saturday. One day was fine, but two days of eating too much was a bit of a setback. Have to make sure to stick with it ALL week this week.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
