I am suffering a little bit due to some horrormones and have been finding it harder and harder to stick to my diet, but so far I claim success. I may not have met my calorie goal but I have met my exercise goal every day and have maintained a deficit even if not as large as I aimed for originally. I expect in a week I will be back to myself and able to continue as wonderfully as before.
