Curves yesterday. Put it on hold for a month while I check out Body Gospel and its benefits. Last night I had the munchies and ate chips- BAD!!!! TOday I started out right with my shake , then a light lunch of soup and salad. ANother shake for dinner and maybe an Activia yogurt if I still feel hungry! Saturday will be interesting!

sometimes we all cave and have the chips!! its okay though...you can have chips as long as you account for them in your calories..every once in a while wont do too much harm...planning out your food for the day helps to stay on track, you're doing a great job.
