Well i got up at 5am to jog/walk. Knocked out 2 miles of my 9 mile goal. I am doing ok on my calories. I am definitely eating less that i was, but i am still having trouble saying no to my treats, like a coffee drink. This nasty weather isnt helping. That will probably be one of my goals next week. This week it is not eating out for lunch. 2 days down 3 more to go!
