This has been one of the best football weekends EVER! Go Niners!!

And on that note, I ate whatever the hell I wanted while watching. Gahdammit. You know how it goes. But at least I think I've gotten all of the unhealthy cravings out of my system, so now I can really focus on trimming up. The goal today is to keep it protein oriented and avoid sugars/carbs, jog/run 5 miles to sweat off the glycogen stores, and hit up some weights at home.

Easing into it nice and easy >=)

Be sure to set aside some calories and get some extra exercise to get ready for next weekend's game - and the Super Bowl of course! Go San Fran!

Yes, love that the Packers lost!! Ohhhh.... now I'm craving cake..... seriously my mouth just started watering, thanks a lot.. :P

Oops! haha, resist the temptation!! I'm so stoked right now, I'm finally in the mindset to get re-focussed! My body is craving the run out in the cold and then hitting the weights at home. Love it, baby!! RAWR!

I'm resisting because I'm too lazy to make my own cake and nobody has made one for me! :) I agree with this change in mindset, I don't know if it's because we can start to see spring around the corner and it's invigorating?? Whatever it is, let's run with it!!

Maybe that's why my motivation is coming back, the days are starting to get longer again! Ooohhh, Jess... I'm going to make that my prize when I hit my goal >=) Thanks for the butt-kick. I've been needing that!
